Weapon customization in SWTOR

A video has appeared on the TGN Star Wars The Old Republic channel, talking about weapon customization and light sabers specifically. Plus one which appeared earlier and was incorrect. The info in the videos is from someone in beta, so apparently:

• Light sabers have 5 different customizations
• You can have red, green, blue colors and what you are allowed depends on your alignment NOT faction
• You can change the hilt of a saber but this only changes the appearance
• Focus lens, power crystal and emitter matrix affect stats
• Blasters are similar, with one slot affecting colour of bolts, one appearance, others stats.

Most interesting, because of course if I play an Anakin-style dark Jedi, I will definitely want a red light saber.
